Mrs. Savannah Augusta Epting, born on April 16, 1930, to Sylvester and Ollie Garden Boyd, departed this life on December 14, 2025. She will be remembered for her warmth and kindness. Viewing services will be held on Friday, December 26, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Peoples Funeral Home, 886 North Farish Street, Jackson, MS, and will continue from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Evangelistic Temple Mission, 2015 CR 558, Pulaski, Mississippi. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Evangelist Temple Church, 704 University Blvd (Terry Road), Jackson, MS. Her final resting place will be at New Chapel Family Cemetery, off CR 558, Pulaski, Mississippi. She was predeceased by her parents, Sylvester and Ollie Garden Boyd.
