Ms. Scotia Burrell, age 45 of Raleigh, departed this earthly life on Saturday, September 6, 2025 of Duke Raleigh Hospital, Raleigh.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00PM, Friday, September 12, 2025 at William Toney's Funeral Home, Zebulon.
Scotia was predeceased by McKinley, her devoted canine companion of 14 years. She is survived by family based in Columbia, SC: her mother, Debbie Burrell; her grandmother, Mae Scott; her two sisters, Pinky (Mo) and Gigi; her brother, BJ; and her loyal fur baby, Bailey. She also leaves behind a host of loving relatives, friends, colleagues, and clients who will forever cherish her kindness, wisdom, and generous spirit.
