Scott Eugene Dow, 49, born on May 27, 1966 in Van Nuys, California, passed away January 6, 2016 in Palmdale, California. He is survived by his mother Barbara Davis (Ken, deceased), sisters Sue Suarez (Steve) and Deb Robinson (Mel), grandmother Dorothy McCarthy (Richard, deceased), nieces Jen Lyman, Ashley Frie, Jasmin Moore and Jade Head, nephews Christopher Frie, Will Head (Tammy), Chance Head, Nitrous Head, Gage Head, many cousins and friends. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, California.

Iv known Scott since the late 80's, He was always a very kind natured soul,and is loved by many. And will be dearly missed.
