Scott M. Fitzsimmons

Scott Michael Fitzsimmons passed away at his home in Warwood on September 21, 2025. He was predeceased by his parents Robert J. Fitzsimmons and Patricia Hoy Fitzsimmons. Scott is survived by his sisters, Lynn McMahon (Jim), Karen Britt, and brothers Bob Fitzsimmons (Sunni) and Kelly John Fitzsimmons (Karen). Scott graduated from Warwood High School and was a proud retired member of the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 83. Scott was a free spirit who loved the outdoors, Mountaineers, and Steelers. Scott enjoyed fishing, kayaking and hunting at his camp with his faithful companions, his dog Buck and pet rabbit Clover. He loved telling stories to his nieces and nephews, Kristen, Shanny, Rocky, Clayton, Kayleen, Lucas, Elliott, Garret and Audrey. He also enjoyed the many friendships he had at the Warwood Veterans Club and Bernie's.

A Memorial Mass for Scott will be held Monday, October 6, 2025 at Corpus Christi Parish, Warwood at 11:00 AM with Father Joseph Wiley. Friends and family will gather for a meal after Mass at the Warwood Veteran Club.
