He was the son of Edward and Jean Jefferies of Greenlawn, NY. Other survivors include: his sister, Tay Jefferies, nieces; Lily Bridges and Leah Jefferies and Lily's fiancé, Steven Sarcona, all of Greenlawn, NY
Scott was very lucky to have two friends from NY that also moved to Colorado, Greg Chiarella and Chelsey White.
Scott move to Colorado in 1991 and was recently employed with CDOT.
