Scott Raymond McElhone 44, of Ventura, CA, passed away on October 8, 2025, at his residence. Scott was born in Cleveland, Ohio to James McElhone and Noreen Montrose on March 12, 1981. He went to high school at Keystone and graduated in 2000. He worked taking care of the elderly which he found very fulfilling. In his spare time, he enjoyed reading, playing video games, playing board games, was known for his intelligence, kind and compassionate heart and bringing the snacks to game night. His friends called him the "Snack King".
Scott is survived by his partner, Brandon Jaimes of Tustin California, his mother Noreen and her husband David, his Aunt, Pat and Uncle, John Kovarik, Uncle, John C. McElhone (Alexis) and cousins - Theresa McElhone, Christi Shirk (Brett), John E. McElhone, David McElhone (Christine), Elayna McElhone, Elijah, Adrianna, Charlie, Alex, Lacey, Sophia, Amelia and Draven. He is preceded in death by his Father, James McElhone, Grandparents, Regis and Bernice Alward and Frank and Mamie McElhone, Uncle, Joseph McElhone, Aunt, Anita Kozma (Phil) and cousin, Joey McElhone. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to All who donated to Scott's Final Journey. You are appreciated. Scott will be cremated, and his ashes sent to his mother. Scott will be missed greatly by many. Arrangements are under the direction of JOSEPH P. REARDON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE, 757 E. Main Street, Ventura.
