Scott Patrick McMahon, a cherished husband, father, son, brother, and friend, passed away on March 5, 2026, at the age of 54, in Wyandotte, Michigan. Born on October 22, 1971, in Trenton, Scott was a lifelong resident of Wyandotte, often reflecting fondly on his roots and the community that shaped him.
Scott was a beacon of love and kindness in the lives of those who knew him. He shared a deep and unwavering bond with his beloved wife, Jill McMahon, with whom he built a life filled with laughter, warmth, and countless cherished memories. Together, they nurtured their two wonderful children, Tim and Molly, who brought immeasurable joy and purpose to Scott's life. He reveled in being a father, bringing his unique blend of humor and wisdom into every moment spent with his kids.

His siblings were not just family but lifelong confidants, sharing laughter, support, and memories that will remain forever etched in their lives. He was deeply cherished by his parents, Gerald and Susan McMahon, who instilled in him the values of love, respect, and community.
Scott also embraced his extended family with open arms. He had a special place in his heart for his parents-in-law, Joe and Sharon Schichl, and for his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, including Joe (Teresa) Schichl and Julie (Paul) Piesz. His nine nieces and nephews—Collin, Griffin, Cameron, Cayden, Liz, Maggie, Grace, Robin, and Kyle—held a special place in Scott's heart, as he often took delight in being their uncle and creating joyful moments together.
Scott will forever be remembered as a caring individual who had an unwavering love for his pets, Oliver and Lucky. They were more than just animals to him; they were cherished companions that added joy and comfort to his home.
