Scott Randall Nesky, 30, of Weatherford, Texas, passed away on Thursday, August 7, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of joy, connection, and love. A celebration of Scott’s life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Indian Creek Baptist Church, 104 Indian Creek Road, Mineral Wells, TX 76067.

Born on November 17, 1994, Scott discovered his passion for sports early in life. His toughness, sharp intellect, and natural leadership shone both on and off the field. A proud 2013 graduate of Weatherford High School, he went on to build a career as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent, where he traveled and made impacts on those he worked with. Beyond his career, Scott loved to socialize, dance, and connect deeply with people from all walks of life. An avid reader, he cherished meaningful conversations and the exchange of ideas. Towards the end of his life, Scott’s faith in Jesus Christ was strong, and he found peace in knowing he would spend eternity with his mother in Heaven.

Scott was preceded in death by his mother, Darla Kay Cox-Bridges, and his father, Gregory Randall Nesky. He is survived by his sister, Sydney Gay Whitling; half-brothers, Breck Tyler Nesky and Reef Daygen Nesky; grandmother, Bobbie Cox; and grandfather, Stanley Boon Nesky.
