Scott F. Norris Freeland, Michigan
Beloved husband, father and son passed away unexpectedly Saturday November 1, 2025, at his home. Age 54 years. Son of Bonnie L. (Bonsteel) Norris and the late Charles F. Norris, Scott was born February 9, 1971, in Hillsdale, Michigan. He married the love of his life, Victoria L. Dibble on September 7, 1996. She survives him. Scott was a National Engineering Manager at CBRE. He was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Freeland. Scott enjoyed sharing his love of Bourbon at the Norris Pub, hunting, fishing, outdoors, traveling to the U.P. and bringing together family and friends with his cooking.
Surviving to cherish his memory are his wife, Victoria Norris, Freeland; two sons, Dalton and Andrea Norris, Canton, Oklahoma; Dylan Norris and his fiancée, Kathleen, St. Paul, Minnesota; his mother, Bonnie L. Norris, North Adams, Michigan; his grandmother, Dorothy Bonsteel, North Adams, Michigan; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dan and Bonnie Dibble, Saginaw; his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Jeana and Mike Mueller, Saginaw; two nieces and one nephew, Katie Mueller, Saginaw; Rebecca Mueller, Nashville, Tennessee; Johnathon Mueller, Saginaw; numerous aunts and uncles; many special friends which were family; his two four legged sons, Stormy and Jack. Scott was preceded in death by his father, Charles F. Norris; grandfather, Donald Bonsteel; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Norris; and a very special cousin, Kent Norris.
Honoring Scott's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will take place 6:30 p.m. Thursday, November 6, 2025, at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd., Saginaw, Michigan. Sr. Margo Tafoya, MSSp will officiate. Visitation will take place at the funeral home, where the family will be present on Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the North Adams Fire Department or Shields Lions Club.
