Scott was born on December 24th, 1964 in Queens, NY; the son of John Riegel and Elaine Reinhardt.
Scott is survived by his beloved wife Saram and his cherished daughter, Elaine.
He was a dedicated SAP Programmer, former President of Major Waldron Sportsmen's Association.
He was a straightforward, hard-working man who cherished puffing on cigars, and working on his property, including firewood splitting, and making annual vegetable gardens for his beloved wife and daughter.
Scott was passionate about strong values, hard work, and unencombered personal freedom.
Viewing on Saturday, January 24th from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Service will be conducted at 1:00 PM, followed by cremation.

Dear Saram & Elaine, I want to share with you how little I knew Scott, but how wonderful of an impact he made on the projects and lives of my team members. He was matter of fact, yet through his metered speech left no doubt of his gentle and kind nature. He was a man who worked in the particulars. A man who left no stones left unturned in his research and preparation. Because of Scott's efforts, projects went smoother. Scott was a team player, who worked for the benefit of the whole. I am personally grateful I was able to work in his midst and will miss his wonderfully deep monotone voice of wisdome on future calls. Blessings and peace to you both.
