Sean Bower

Sean Bower, also know as Yogi, a longtime resident of Titusville, Florida, passed away recently at the age of 61. Born in Charleston, South Carolina, Sean lived a life defined by curiosity, dedication, and kindness.

A gifted aerospace and systems engineer, Sean devoted his career to advancing technology and innovation in the field he loved. His work reflected not only his intellect and skill, but also his deep passion for exploration and problem-solving.

Sean had a generous spirit and was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Outside of his professional life, he found great joy in Irish music and singing which spoke to his soul and reflected his warm and lively personality. He also loved sports. Especially football where he once shined as the press box announcer for the local Astronaut high school football games. He loved the Miami Dolphins and the Florida Gators. He was an avid baseball fan loyal to the Detroit Tigers.

He is survived by his beloved sons, Robert Bower, Brian Bower, and Max Bower; his sister, Diana Webb; and his brothers, Cam Bower and Ed Bower. He was blessed with 5 beloved grandchildren Joselin, Logan, Harrison, Weston and Sophia. He was preceded in death by his parents Bob and Pat Bower and sister Lori Turner whose love and guidance shaped the man he became.

Sean's life will be remembered for his humor, intelligence, and the love and quiet kindness he shared with family, friends, and colleagues alike. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched and the love he gave freely.
