Sean Marcus Burdine was born in Fresno California in 1989. He attended school in Clovis California and graduated from Buchanan High school in 2007 then attended Fresno City College where he was involved in the Associated Student Government.
Sean had a passion for government as well as leading, organizing, and collaborating with groups of civically minded people. He was an active participant in Election Integrity Project - CA, United Sovereign Americans, Constitutionalists for California, and the John Birch Society among other local and state grassroots political organizations where he encouraged people to respectfully participate in the political process. He was a regular speaker at the Fresno County Board of Supervisors, Clovis and Fresno City Council, and Clovis and Fresno Unified School District meetings.
Patriot, naturalist, hobbyist, collector and avid reader, Sean had many interests and a quest for knowledge. When he wasn't advocating for political reform, he enjoyed long walks by the San Joaquin river, playing games with friends and family, and quiet nights at home reading.
Sean attended St. George Greek Orthodox church where he often participated in the choir.
Sean is survived by his parents, Brent and Cindy Burdine; brother Nick; grandparents Harlan and Violet Chandler; and grandmother Barbara Burdine.
He has left us far too soon. He had big plans and much to do. He touched the lives of so many people and we will all miss him very much.
