Sean Jamison Obituary
Sean Eric Jamison, 48, of Prosperity, a dedicated family man, church member, and outdoorsman passed away on May 11, 2023. He was born in Clinton, North Carolina on April 25, 1975.
Sean worked at Georgia Pacific for many years and was highly respected by his colleagues for his work ethic and professionalism. However, outside of work, Sean indulged in his passion for the outdoors as a member of the Washington Hunting and Fishing Club.
A devoted member of Cross Point Church, Sean found peace and solace within its walls. He was also a proud member of the Mayflower Society which helped him to channel his love for history.
Sean is survived by his loving wife Earin Burbage Jamison, a daughter, Zoiee Jamison and her husband, Hunter; a son, Ken Jamison; parents John and Lynne Jamison and a grandson, Sean Keenan Jamison, whose arrival he was greatly anticipating this coming June. The memories of Sean will forever be cherished by all those whose lives he touched.
A Celebration of Life service will be held in honor of Sean at the McSwain-Evans Funeral Home Chapel at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 by the Rev. Jeff O'Dell. It is a time to celebrate the incredible life that Sean lived and the mark that he left on all our hearts.
