Sebastian Paul Garcia II passed away in San Antonio, Texas on Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025, at the age of 55 surrounded by his beloved family. Sebastian was born on October 10th, 1969, to Sebastian and Angela Garcia in San Antonio, Texas. A proud native of San Antonio, Sebastian graduated from James Madison High School in 1988. Shortly after Graduation, he answered the call of duty to serve his country by honorably joining the United States Navy and Reserves. He carried a deep and unwavering love for his country. Sebastian had a natural gift for connecting with people, which led to a thriving career in sales. Those who knew him often said he was the best sales representative they had ever encountered. His charisma, warmth and dedication left an impression on everyone he met. Sebastian, affectionately know as "Sea Bass," found joy in being part of the "Truck Gang," a close-knit community that reflected his love for camaraderie and adventure. He had a deep passion for fishing and hunting, and he especially cherished two big game hunting trips to Africa, which he shared with is son and mother. The outdoors was his sanctuary, and he treasured every moment spent in nature. Family was the cornerstone of Sebastian's life. Friday nights were especially meaningful as he proudly supported his daughter during her halftime color guard performances-moments that filled him with immense pride. He was also a devoted grandfather, often seen cheering on his grandson, Richard, at soccer and basketball games. Sebastian leaves behind his three wonderful Children, Sierra, Sebastian III and Sydney; his cherished Grandson, Richard; his Mother Angela; Sister Janie; Niece Yvette and wife Nicole, as well as a circle of friends who will forever remember the man who taught them so much. He is preceded in death by his Father, Sebastian O. Garcia. Services will be announced later. In lieu of flowers, Family is requesting donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project

Yesterday

Sebastian was so polite and sweet every time he came to our house. I'll never forget seeing him riding in the bed of his dad's pick up truck beside a life size stuffed bear. It was a gift for my daughter! He was so proud. What a thoughtful and handsome boy he was!!
Years later he appeared at my doorstep. He said "Remember me? I'm Sebastian." I said you look like a grown man! He smiled and said " I AM a grown man."
RIP, sweet boy.
