Michael Dionesio Gutierrez

Mike Gutierrez born on March 8, 1950 passed away on September 6, 2025 at the age of 75. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Mary Louise Gutierrez, and his brother, Ray Gutierrez Jr. Mike is survived by his daughters, Jeanne Gutierrez, Bianca Sanchez (Gabe) and Mia Alvarez his grandchildren, Alexandra De La Garza, Mercedes Sanchez, Francisca Vargas, Tristan Sanchez; and his great-grandchildren, Nayeli, Adalina, Sypha, Matias, Robin, Grayson, and Gionni and younger brother Thomas Gutierrez. A proud U.S. Army veteran, Mike lived a life of service, discipline, and dedication. His lifelong passion for baseball began at Burbank High School and continued in local leagues in San Antonio and El Paso. Beyond the field, Mike was known for his commitment to fitness and his sharp sense of style. He will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends for his vibrant spirit, devotion to those he loved, and the joy he brought to all who knew him.
