Selwyn Jacobs

Born 3/2/1930 and raised in Paterson, NJ. Graduate of Central High School and Rutgers University. Served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Predeceased by beloved wife of 68 years Marjorie and daughter Randi, he leaves behind son Scott and wife Susan and grandsons Andrew, David and Mitchell. Selwyn loved Paterson, basketball and most of all his family. He was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather that took tremendous pride in the achievements of his children and grandchildren. His generosity, optimism, laughter and compassion will be remembered by all that knew him. A private family service will be held.
