Shana Lynn Richards, 67, passed away on October 18, 2025, in Chillicothe, Ohio. Born on April 27, 1958, in Circleville, Ohio, Shana brought kindness and compassion to the lives of those around her throughout her life.
Shana was a proud graduate of Westfall High School, Class of 1977. Her career as a private caregiver reflected her nurturing spirit; she was deeply committed to caring for others and making a positive impact in their lives.
Shana was an animal lover with a passion for horses and enjoyed playing phone games during her leisure time. Her warm personality endeared her to many, and she will be remembered for her gentle heart and unwavering support for family and friends.
She is survived by her loving husband, Robby Richards; her sons, Herschel (Erica) Snyder III and Aaron (Danielle) Snyder; and her cherished grandchildren, Gabryel, Rylan, Kersten, Destany, and Nathan Snyder. Shana is also survived by her sister, Sally (Lowell) Whitt.
Shana was preceded in death by her father, Dwight D. Wills, and her mother, Juanita B. Keller, who each played important roles in shaping the loving person she became.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation as taken place. A memorial service is planned for 1pm on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at the Roberts Funeral Home in Washington Court House with Pastor Danny Dodds officiating. A gathering of friends and family will take place on Saturday from 12pm until the start of the service.
Shana Lynn Richards will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege to know her, and her legacy of kindness and compassion will forever remain in their hearts.
