Shane M. Golding, a man of adventure passed away on November 22, 2025, in Avoca, NY, at the age of 26. Born on October 12, 1999, in North Carolina, Shane's zest for life and his unwavering spirit touched everyone he met.
He was a devoted partner to his loving companion, Brianna Allen, and a doting father to their children, Ahnya and Ares Golding. His absence will be deeply felt by his mother, Heidi Gardner and siblings, Jessica (Ben) Roper, Rachel Golding, Becky (Mike) Stephens, Heather Golding, Taylor Golding, Katlyn Golding, Thomas (Sarah) Archer, and Zack Golding. Shane also held a special place in the hearts of his friends and Brianna's siblings, Brittney (Troy) Sanford, Brian Gable (Mackenzie Wheeler), and all of her other siblings, as well as his numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Rodney Golding, whose memory he cherished deeply.
Professionally, Shane dedicated himself to his role at the Amazon Warehouse in Bath, NY. His work ethic and camaraderie with his colleagues were a testament to his character. Shane's love for the outdoors was evident to anyone who knew him. He found solace in the serenity of nature, whether it was hiking through the untamed trails or off-roading in the vast wilderness. An excellent cook, he delighted in preparing meals for his family and friends, bringing people together with the universal language of good food.
His hands were as skilled in the kitchen as they were when working on and detailing his cars-a hobby that he approached with precision and pride. However, the time Shane cherished most was that spent with his children. He believed in making every moment count.
Today, as we remember Shane, we celebrate the remarkable journey he shared with us. His legacy is one of boundless love, infectious laughter, and an unwavering commitment to living life to the fullest. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know him.
Let us find comfort in the shared memories and the enduring love that Shane bestowed upon us. His story does not end here, for he lives on in the hearts of his family, his friends, and most of all, his cherished children. Rest in peace, Shane M. Golding. Your light will continue to shine in all of us.
