He is preceded in death by his grandmother Linda Trewartha
Shane is survived by his loving parents Brandi and Kevan; Grandparents Steve and Teresa Swank and Jim and Karen Trewartha; Brothers Johnathan Frazier and Shyler Swank; Sisters Sariah Swank and Shaya Swank and a host of friends, and other family members whom he loved very much.
A funeral will take place on Tuesday October 3, 2023 at 2:00 PM at the Edwards Funeral Service German Village Chapel 1166 Parsons Avenue Columbus, Ohio 43206. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until the time of the service.
