Lydia Inez "Shannon" Carruthers, 74, of White Hall, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family, Friday, September 19, 2025. She was born October 20, 1950 in Louisville, Kentucky to Henry Neal and Elizabeth Prather Neal.

Shannon was raised in Pine Bluff. She was the owner and operator of Shannon's Restaurant until her retirement. Shannon enjoyed caring for her family and being a homemaker.

Survivors include her children, Craig Laminack (Amanda), Stacy Gonzales and Christopher Boyd; brother, Toni Bogard; sister, Sue Beard (Jerry); and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Burton Tillman "BT" Carruthers Jr; and three grandchildren, Tracy and Casey Laminack and Ryan Gonzales.

In accordance with Shannon's wishes, there will be no services.
