Sharlyn Margaret Lauster

Lauster, Sharlyn M. It is with a sad heart we are announcing the passing of Sharlyn M. Lauster. Born in Minneapolis on July 9, 1945, to George and Pearl Ambrosier. Shar graduated from South High School and after school started a 39-year career at St. Mary's/Fairview hospital in the newborn and physical therapy departments. Shar married Bill Lauster of St. Louis Park on August 18, 1983, and was wonderful wife for 42 years. Shar loved to travel and the outdoors. She was into biking, hiking, exploring and finding new adventures. Whether walking along the shores of Lake Superiror or the beaches of Florida, she was in her element. Shar also enjoyed sports. If there was a baseball, football or basketball game on, even if it wasn't on of our local teams, sh would plop down and take it in. She loved the action. She is preceded in death by her parents George and Pearl, brothers Ronald and Wayne and sisters Jeanine, Yvonne, and Sharon. Survived and deeply missed by her husband Bill, son Paul Harris (Karen), sister Janice (Robert) Otto and several nieces and nephews. A small graveside service will be held September 30, at 1:30pm at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens in Crystal.
