Sharon will forever be in my heart. The words spoken in the obituary couldn´t be more truer. I was certainly a recipient of her kind, caring and spirited heart. I am truly grateful for the life of Sharon Bourland. She was a little lady with the biggest heart. Rest well my friend. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

Sharon and I shared an office for several years. She was meticulous, service oriented, and had a wealth of knowledge of all of the clients on our payroll system. She also had a very strong work ethic. There were many times we didn´t leave the office till after 7 o´clock.
Sharon was also very funny. She had a sarcastic streak, a quick wit, and was a great story teller. If she ever wanted to switch careers, she could have been a comedian.

So true about Sharon and animals. Her parrot McAllister meant the world to her. He could always be heard in the background if you had called Sharon at home. The one parrot that plucked it's feathers all the time, she called a work in progress. Lol. Sharon had a lot of compassion that was recognized by the payroll clients she worked with. Nothing escaped Sharon's watchful eye in making sure everything was in alignment to produce their payroll. Her many contributions to the payroll world is part of her legacy.
It is true she didn't like to be the center of attention.
I will miss her friendship we shared on a daily work basis. She was a true asset, no pun intended to all who knew her.
