Sharon Cryer Obituary
Sharon's father, Dalton "Red" Perkins, preceded her in death, along with her beloved son, Joey Dowden.
Sharon is survived by her husband, Dewayne Cryer of Leesville, LA her son, Chris Dowden, and his wife Linda, of Leesville, LA; her mother, Patsy Perkins, of Leesville, LA; sisters, Reitha Boswell & husband Randy of Leesville, LA and Sherrica Littlefield & husband Ralph of Georgia.
A proud grandmother, Sharon adored her three grandchildren: Dakota Dowden of Lake Charles, LA, Dalton R. Dowden of Leesville, LA, and Anthony Bunn of Alabama. Her love extended beyond her family, as she cherished her beloved dogs, Tinkerbell and Cookie.
Sharon's loved fishing, hunting, and shooting pool.
Her family and friends will gather to honor her memory on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville, Louisiana. Burial will follow in the Cooper Cemetery in Leesville. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th from 11:00 A.M. until time of service at the funeral home.
