Sharon Elizabeth Greeson, age 77, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2026, in Del City, Oklahoma with her husband and sons by her side. Sharon was born on September 26, 1948, in Holdenville, Oklahoma, to James "Bo" and Estelle Peace.

She graduated from Choctaw High School in 1966. In 1977 she married Larry Greeson. Together they spent 48 plus years raising their family. She was an excellent cook and truly enjoyed taking care of her family and home. She indulged in many hobbies including swimming, skiing, latch hook, macrame, flower arranging, decorating their home and gardening. She served her community in administrative roles in the funeral services and real estate industry.

Sharon was preceded in death by her father, Bo, her mother Estelle, and brother Harold. She is survived by husband Larry; two sons Charles (Gemma) Hawman of Newport News, Virginia, and Russell Sticks of Del City, Oklahoma; two step-daughters Patti O'Dell of Krebs, Oklahoma, and Melissa (Billy) Vinson of Blanchard, Oklahoma; siblings: Shirley Madden of Choctaw, Oklahoma; Eldon Peace of Midwest City, Oklahoma, and Debbie Cook of Vian, Oklahoma; 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, friends, neighbors.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, March 23, 2026, at Barnes-Friederich & Pope Funeral Home, 1820 S. Douglas Blvd, Midwest City, Oklahoma, where friends and family are invited to gather, share stories, and honor a life well lived.

Pallbearers: Chris O'Dell, Mason O'Dell, Taylor Williams, Dustin Peace, Jonathan Lugo, and T.J. Coley.

Honorary Pallbearers: Charles Hawman, Russell Sticks, Tianna Sticks, Selicia Sticks, Sara Humphrey, and Kayla Hawman.

The family wishes to extend their sincere gratitude to the nurses and staff at Ennoble Hospice.
