Sharon M. Groth, 87, of North Syracuse, passed away November 3, 2024. Sharon was born in Syracuse, New York on August 23, 1937 to Edwin and Alma Broeker.
Sharon enjoyed her life being a mother and grandmother. Raising her children at home before years of cooking and waitressing. Sharon was the center of all family get togethers. She looked forward to spending time with all those she loved most including her lifetime friends.
She was preceded in death by Husband, Howard R. Groth, Sr.; Father, Edwin F. Broeker, Sr.; Mother, Alma Daly; Brothers, Edwin Jr. and Patrick Broeker; Three Sons, Steven Shoop, Howard R. Groth, Jr., and Mark Groth, Sr.
She is survived by her Three Daughters, Linda (Ed) Howell, Sandra (James Sr.) Peck, Tracy Groth; Three Sons, Kenneth Groth, Robert Groth, Randall (Sandra) Groth; many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and several Great-Great Grandchildren; and several Nieces and Nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, November 8, 2024 from 10:00 am-12:00 pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals - North Syracuse, 705 N. Main St, Syracuse, where funeral services will be held Friday at 12:00 pm.
Interment at Assumption Cemetery in Syracuse.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
