JACKSON: Sharon Ann Leach, 77, of Eden Prairie Minnesota and formerly of Jackson, Minnesota passed away peacefully with family present on January 17, 2026, at the Little House Hospice in Edina, MN. Private Family Graveside Service for Sharon will be held at a later date in Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery in Jackson, Minnesota. Kramer Funeral Home of Sherburn, Trimont, and Welcome Minnesota are assisting the family.

Sharon was born on September 30, 1948, in St. Paul, MN to Arthur and Irene (Colvin) Leach. Sharon was the oldest of six children. The family lived in St. Paul until 1960 when they moved to Jackson. Sharon graduated from Jackson High School in 1966. She then attended St. Mary's University pursuing a degree as a Medical Lab Technician. Sharon worked as a Lab Technician for her entire career. Most of her career was spent working for Health Partners in Minneapolis.

Sharon loved all animals, especially dogs and horses. Her dogs were her lifelong companions. She was an avid sports fan like her mother Irene, especially enjoying watching the Minnesota Teams. Sharon also enjoyed travelling to England and Ireland and spent many winters in Naples, FL.

Sharon is survived by her brothers, Stephen (Mary), Joseph, Mark (LuAnn) and sister Julie (Kevin) Kiehl all of Jackson, MN, Cousin Linda Payne Powers, special friend Bill Nesheim and other cousins, nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Irene Leach and her brother Christopher.
