Sharon is survived by four children: Karen (Wyatt) George of Batavia, Illinois, Kathleen (Jay) Nebel of Urbandale, Iowa, James R. Luther (Kelly) of West Virginia and Jeffrey Luther of Cumming, Iowa; 8 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and her companion of 12 years, Phil Holliday of Cumming, Iowa. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Kelly and husbands, Harold B. Luther and John Lorentzen.

I met Miss Sharon over our love of vintage quilts and things. I defiantly bought a few things from her and we became instant friends. Such a nice lady , I'm glad our paths crossed.
