Sharon Reich Obituary

Jefferson, WI - Sharon S. Reich, 75 of Jefferson, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2025, at Froederdt Hospital in Wauwatosa. Sharon was born on March 31, 1950, in Fort Atkinson, WI, the daughter of Alvin and Violet (Anderson) Moldenhauer. She was a member of the Jefferson High School class of 1968. After high school, she received an Associates Degree in Business Administration from MATC. She married Leland Reich on September 2, 1967, at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Jefferson. The couple's union was blessed with 4 children and 58 years of happy, healthy, and a fun filled marriage with many great memories. She was a talented cook and baker, seamstress, and homemaker, teaching her family how to serve and provide for their own and others. Sharon loved to dance and insisted her family (and in-laws) were taught this along with so many other valuable life skills. In addition to all the joy she brought to her family, she was hardworking, loving and dedicated spirit; caring for others; and her ability to accomplish any task presented. Above all, her interests were her family. She was an involved, dedicated, and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend. Her family is thankful for her wonderful example of a life well lived, and she will be dearly missed. She is survived by: her husband, Leland Reich Sr. of Jefferson; children Darci Reich, Penny (Troy) Ashburn, Candy Reinders, and Leland (Kristine) Reich Jr, all of Jefferson; grandchildren; Jade (Lucas), Spencer (Becky), Cassandra, Calvin, Cameron, Logan, Brandon, Trent, and Hunter; great grandchildren; Sullinjer, Stehrling, Rudikker, Ruklendt, Mackabee, Mavrik, Charlotte, Violette, Greyson, Gabriel, and Zoelle; siblings Kathy (Ron) Biwer of Jefferson, Barb Reich of Fort Atkinson, and Joann (Bill) Linder of Sun Prairie; and other family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law Lyle Reich. A private family funeral service will be held at Riverview Cemetery in Rome on September 11, 2025.
