Sharon Denise Bradford Rogers, 62, of Crandall, GA., departed this life peacefully on October 15, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on December 16, 1960, in Cleveland, TN to the late Bobby and Ruby Trentham Bradford. Throughout life, she enjoyed spending time with those she loved the most. A few of her fondest memories include the many road trips taken with her beloved husband, hunting, and fishing, and sewing and crocheting. She loved her grandbabies with all her heart and will be deeply missed by each one of them.
In addition to her parents, Bobby and Ruby Bradford, she was preceded in death by several aunts and uncles.
Left to cherish the many memories include her beloved husband of 42 years, Rodney Rogers; cherished children, Benji (Kim) Rogers, April (Zach) Timms, and Adam Maples; adored grandchildren, Aleya Rogers, Eli Rogers, Colt Rogers, Jozie Timms, Delilah Timms, and Makayla (Evan) Hicks; siblings, Sandy (Eddie) Rice, Kim Bradford Johnson, and Charlie (Cathy) Bradford. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends also survive.
A Remembrance of Life service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home, with Pastor Gary Lewis officiating. Interment will follow at Benton Memorial Gardens, with Benji Rogers, Adam Maples, Tommy Stewart, Dustin Lively, Zach Timms, and Charlie Bradford serving as pallbearers.
Family and friends will gather from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, and from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, prior to the service at the funeral home.
