Sharon Joan Shaw

Sharon Joan Shaw, age 71, resident of Owasso, Oklahoma went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday morning, July 14, 2022 at her home in Owasso, Oklahoma. Sharon was born on April 19, 1951 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Johnny and Madge Bernice (Clark) Floyd. She grew up in Collinsville, Oklahoma and was a 1969 graduate of Collinsville High School. After high school, she became a beautician. Sharon married the love of her life, Cary Michael Shaw on August 23, 1968. Sharon later started working for her best friends Butch and Joyce Cribbett at the local hardware store in Collinsville for 10 years. Her last several years she was a special education bus driver for Owasso Public Schools. She was an amazing caregiver and took care of her parents in there last few years. Sharon loved going to the casino, shopping on QVC, watching Dr. Phil, going to the lake, and spending winters in Yuma, Arizona. She most importantly loved spending time with family and her extended family.
Sharon is survived by her son, Michael David Shaw and wife Beth of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; her daughter, Kimberly Dawn Beaman of Owasso, Oklahoma; five grandchildren, Hayley Lamberson of Dallas, Texas, Allison Shaw of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Jacob Shaw of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Hayden Beaman of Owasso, Oklahoma, and Keri Beaman of Owasso, Oklahoma; her brother, Dale Floyd and wife Sheryl of Owasso, Oklahoma; her sister, Janice Weigant of Burleson, Texas; her brother-in-law, David Shaw and wife Linda of Stillwater, Oklahoma; her sister-in-law, Charlene Barbettini and husband Fred of Canyon Lake, Texas; her best friend, Debby Coy; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, Cary Michael Shaw and her parents, Johnny and Madge Bernice Floyd.
A memorial service celebrating Sharon's life will be at 2:00 PM on Friday July 22, 2022 at the First Baptist Church of Owasso, 13307 E. 96th St. N., Owasso, OK 74055.
