Sharyn Roberts, age 72, of Erie, passed away on Friday, September 13, 2024.
She was born in Erie on February 1, 1952 to the late Richard and Doris Volk Seachrist.
Sharyn was a graduate of Girard High School and attended Mercyhurst and Gannon University.
She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church where she taught Sunday school, was a preschool aide and participated in choir and played handbells. She was past Matron of Gridley chapter #324 of Eastern Star and a former Girl Scout leader. Sharyn was a devoted wife and mother and grandmother.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband. David Roberts Sr in 2023.
She is survived by her children: Christina Cannata (Vince), Linda Roberts, Bethany Spinelli (Chris), Adria Comi (Steven), David Roberts, Jr. and Bobbi Harkleroad (Alex). She’s further survived by her grandchildren: Katarina, Kelly, Vincent, Grayson, Finn and Athena.
Friends may call at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 2216 Peach St., Erie, PA on Saturday, September 21 from 11:00-12:00 PM. Gridley Chapter #324 Order of the Eastern Star will conduct a Memorial Service at 12:00 PM, followed by a Celebration of Life Service officiated by Rev. Ralph Mineo of St. John’s Lutheran Church. Inurnment will be in Erie Cemetery.
