Shaunice Andrea-Lynn Peebles

Shaunice Andrea-Lynn Peebles, of Austin, TX, passed away suddenly on November 26, 2022, at only 28 years old. Even though her life was tragically short, she managed to give us so much. Shaunice lived a full, memorable and impactful life. She had an immense passion for her sons and was always a source of laughter. Anyone who knew her, knew that she was a fighter with a big heart and a bright personality. Her heart was pure, radiant and free. Shaunice was extremely charismatic; as her electrifying personality was both captivating and contagious. She was also brave, fearless and resilient. Shaunice was all this and more, and her spirit will live forever in our hearts.
Shaunice was born on June 14, 1994 in Austin, Texas from the union of Sean Peebles and Shelly Sears. She regularly attended Greater Mt. Zion Baptist Church with her parents and great-grandmother and enjoyed participating in Sunday School and youth programs. Shaunice enjoyed experiencing the variety of life and never met a stranger. After leaving school, she worked different odd jobs and thrived when learning new skills and was working diligently to complete her education at the Goodwill Excel Center. Her favorite job was working in her cousins', Belinda Shead & Melinda Burse, daycare at Two Step Ahead Learning Center. We will miss her more than words can say.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Beula Roberts-Fennell (GG), her grandmother, E. Malinda Franks-Sears (Granny) and her uncle Michael Sears.
Shaunice leaves to adorn many precious memories with her beloved sons, JonTavious Hutcheson and Corleon'e Curry. Her parents, Shelly Sears and Sean Peebles. Her siblings, Thedencia (Sears) Horne (sister), Brittany Peebles (sister), Sharisse (Peebles) McLendon (ZaMarius) (sister), Kaylan Peebles (sister), Marcus Dunn (Kirra) (brother), Isaiah Harris (brother), and Lucy Peebles (sister). Her nieces & nephews, Sam Pickett, Samantha Pickett, Zayelyn Mitchell, Zamarius McClendon Jr., Zaylee McClendon, Lana Dunn and Zy'ire Harris. Her aunts and uncles, and many friends that she regarded as brothers, sisters, aunties, uncles and cousins and many others that now have a void in their lives. Her presence is sorely missed and her loss is deeply resonating.
