Shawn Michael Meyer

Shawn Michael Meyer, 49 of Clifton, Colorado, passed away on September 15th, 2022 in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Shawn was born in Paso Robles, California to Pat and Diane Meyer on December, 10th 1972. He went to high school at Grand Junction High School and graduated in 1990. After high school, he went into the navy and served in the Desert Storm conflict. After his time in the military, Shawn worked as a diesel mechanic until his time of death. He enjoyed spending time with his family, and brothers. and riding motorcycles. His laugh was infectious, as soon as he would start, the whole room would be laughing with Shawn and it would last for hours. Shawn is survived by his wife, Tawnya, and his children Kylee, Bailey, Ashton, Ryan, Kyle, Anissa, Lance, Jenna, Sierra, and Codi. His sisters, Sandye (Stacy) Grand Junction, CO, Shawna of Grand Junction, CO, Shalon (Ricky) of Alabama, and Sherrie (Andrew) Alabama, his parents Pat and Diane Meyer, many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and his grandchildren Carson, Logan, Adalyn, Raylee, Bradie, Aiden, Ainsley, Cadence, Killian, Kelvin, and Raiden.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Cele and Arlo Lake, Doris Kelly, and Melvin Dodd. Uncles Danny, Dwayne, and Jerry.
Shawn will be missed by so many, he was well loved. He will always be a great son, Father, Step-dad, Uncle, Husband, and brother. He enjoyed riding his motorcycles, and spending time with family, and his brothers. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and brothers (Sons of Silence) and the nation. Until we meet again... Hope you are riding the motorcycle hard and fast until then... its not goodbye its see you later!
A Celebration of Life will be held at Brown's Cremation and Funeral Services on Wednesday, September 21st, 2022 from 12-2pm. Following the ceremony we will meet at our place to continue with memories and laughs.
