Sheena Mahone, born on March 26, 1984, in Austell, Georgia, departed from this world on September 28, 2025, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Sheena led a vibrant and fulfilling life, marked by her passion for travel, a thirst for knowledge, and a distinguished career in the information technology field. Her adventurous spirit was evident in her love of exploring new sights and cultures, as she embraced every opportunity to learn and grow.
A proud graduate of Osborne High School, Sheena furthered her education at Georgia State University where she earned a Bachelor's degree. Her dedication to her professional and academic pursuits was mirrored in her commitment to lifelong learning, inspiring those around her to seek out knowledge and experiences.
Sheena is remembered fondly by her parents, Marion Mahone and Alnetter Mahone, who provided her with unwavering support and love throughout her life. Sheena's spirit lives on in the memories of her family and the many friends she made along the way, each of whom carry a piece of her adventurous heart.
A visitation will be held in her honor on October 17, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM, both taking place at Mount Paran Church, located at 2055 Mt Paran Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30327.
Sheena Mahone will be deeply missed, but her legacy of curiosity, kindness, and love for life will remain an everlasting influence on all who knew her.
