Cherished grandmother of Matthew (Amanda), Sean (Ellie), Eric (Madalyn), Lauren, Michael, Stephen (Carolyn), Daniel (Mary), Julia, and Hailey and great grandmother of Nicholas. Dear cousin of Jan (Kay) and Paul (Jane). Best friend of Sheran Harley. If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Thomas P. Perciak Family Residential Hospice 18659 Drake Rd.
