Sheila Fox

Sheila Rae Williams Fox, 69, of Winters, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, in San Angelo surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 15, 1956, in Winters to Melvin and Pat Williams. Sheila attended school in Winters and was a member of the graduating class of 1974.

After graduation she attended Draughon's Business School in Ft. Worth and was successful in her career as a business owner.

Sheila married Warner Fox and was blessed with their daughter, Eva. Her devotion to Eva as a loving mother brought Sheila the most joy and fulfillment of all of her many accomplishments.

Sheila made an impact on many people with her natural ability for compassion. She had a special gift of empathy for those she met who were looking for a touch of kindness. She was a loyal friend standing ready to help when needed.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Stan Tatom; her nephew, Travis Armstrong; and many other beloved family members.Sheila is survived by her daughter, Eva Fox and husband Jeff Stromberg; sister, Susan Williams Armstrong and husband Bill Armstrong; nephew, Blair Armstrong; brother, Douglas Williams; nephew, Andrew Williams; and niece, Amanda Williams.

The family of Sheila Fox is grateful to Hospice of San Angelo, Regency House, and Shannon Medical Center for their loving care during Sheila's illness.Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 22nd at Winters Funeral Home, 10:00 AM - 12:00 Noon.Graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd, 1:30 PM, at the Lakeview Cemetery in Winters under the direction of the Winters Funeral Home.
