Sheila (Shell) Gaye Bayless Hopper, 58, of Greenbrier Arkansas went to be with the lord on December 3rd 2025. Born on June 30 1967 To Cecil Bayless and Barbara Shipman Bayless in Cabot Arkansas. She’s proceeded in death by her parents; her siblings, Cindy Brady, Angie Bayless, Christy Kelly, Theresa Wittle, Tracy Bayless, Ashley Bayless.

With deep sorrow yet unshakable faith, the family of Shela announces her peaceful passing. A devoted wife, loving mother, and steadfast follower of Christ, Shell lived a life that reflected God’s grace in every season.

Born with a heart full of compassion, Shell dedicated her life to loving others the way Jesus loves us. For 23 beautiful years of marriage, she poured her heart into her family, her greatest joy and her proudest blessing. Whether gathered around the table, sharing stories on long drives, or enjoying simple moments at home, Shell cherished every opportunity to be with the people she loved most.

Shell had a spirit of adventure and a love for traveling, always eager to explore new places and create memories that her family will hold close forever. But no matter where she went, her heart remained anchored in her faith.

Shell was a giver in every sense of the word. She saw the needs of others and responded with generosity, humility, and kindness. She gave not for recognition, but because it was who she was, someone who believed deeply in lifting up those less fortunate. Her acts of service touched countless lives.

Faith guided every step of her journey. Shell found great purpose in witnessing to others and sharing the hope of the gospel. Her words encouraged many, and her example inspired even more. She lived her faith out loud, but in her daily life, where she embodied the love, compassion, and strength of her Savior.

Though our hearts are heavy, we rejoice knowing Shell is now home with the Lord she served so faithfully. Her legacy of love, generosity, and unwavering faith will continue to shine through the lives of all who knew her.

She will forever and always be remembered, forever loved, and forever missed.
