She was born Monday, February 23, 1959 to the late Russell "Irvin" and Estelle I. (Neal) Etchison in Martinsville, Indiana.
Sheila attended Ivy Tech Community College and received her LPN license. She was a hard worker and loved helping others. Sheila enjoyed working in the garden and canning the produce from her garden. Sheila also liked to crochet and spend time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Phillip W. "Phil" McLary whom she married October 16, 1993; daughter, Caitlyn R. McLary; sister, Shari Gray; and several nieces, a nephew and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation is 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 13, 2022 at Martinsville Church of the Firstborn. Services will be on Friday, October 14 at 11:00 a.m. at the church with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Burial will follow the service at Liberty Cemetery.
