Shelby Ann Anderson Proctor, age 87, beloved wife of the late, Ernest Elton Proctor, Jr., entered into eternal rest on Wednesday October 15, 2025.
She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Westbrook; sons, Russ (Melanie) Proctor, Chris (Tina) Proctor, Daniel Davis; eight grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband she is preceded in death by her brothers, Bobby and Ben Anderson and son in law, Barry Westbrook.
Shelby Ann worked for many years as the Assistant Director at South Aiken Baptist Christian School in Aiken . She was a member of the Howlandville Baptist Church in Warrenville. She was a sweet and beautiful soul and will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched.
A funeral service honoring her life will be held on Saturday October 18, 2025 at 2pm at Howlandville Baptist Church with Pastor James Young and Rev. Dewayne Anderson officiating. The interment will follow at the historic Graniteville Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday evening October 17, 2025 from 6-8pm at Jackson Memorial Funeral Home in Graniteville.
Pallbearers will be: Robert Jones, Steve Proctor, Hunter Wilson, James Chandler, Robert Byrd, Jr. and Charles Hilton. James Anderson will serve as an Honorary Pallbearer.
Jackson Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory has been entrusted with these arrangements.
