Shelly Beltramea

Shelly Beltramea, 74, of Marion, passed away Saturday, February 14, 2026, at UnityPoint St. Luke's Hospital Hospice Care surrounded by her husband and stepson, Preston. Services will be held on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 3pm at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories. Burial will be held at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Shelly was born on January 24, 1952, in Pekin, Illinois, the daughter of Ralph Richard and Donna Mae (Van Dyke) Lower. She married Randy Beltramea on November 18, 1997, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Shelly enjoyed sharing time with her grandchildren. She shared love and kindness wherever she went and was known for her beautiful smile. She was an incredibly wonderful wife, loving mom and the most amazing Nana to her grandchildren.

Shelly is survived by her beloved husband; father; daughter, Heather Sitzmore of Coralville; son, Kip (Marissa) Sitzmore of Hastings, NE; daughter, Bethany (Nathan) Moses of Fairfax; stepson, Jordan Beltramea of Austin, TX, stepson, Preston Beltramea of Cedar Rapids; stepdaughter, Lauren (Tyler) Lumbard of Charleston, SC; eight grandchildren, Christian, Kayden, Layni, Karson, Miles, Josie, Lucca and Roma; one sister, Cheri (Ed) Haun of Bartonville, IL; two brothers, Greg Lower of Pekin, IL and Jeff (Lynda) Lower of Tremont, IL; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother; two brothers, Robin Lee Lower and Darrell Lower; and two sisters, Kristia Goss and Terri Smith.
