Shelly Dehaven Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Alternatives Cremation and Funeral Service - Oklahoma City on Dec. 16, 2024.
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Shelly Lee Bradley De Haven of Noble, Oklahoma who left us on Sunday, December 16. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Shelly was born on February 16, 1974, in Sun Valley, California to Donald Bradley and Shirley Lemon. Shelly met the love of her life, Leslie (Les) on her front door step after they were introduced by a friend. They were married on March 20, 1993. She belonged to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and attended the Noble ward in Noble, Oklahoma. One of her favorite places to serve in church was with the primary children. She loved all the songs they sang.
When Shelly had good eyesight, she enjoyed reading. Two of her favorite authors are V.C. Andrews and J.K. Rowling, and Danielle Steele. She loved spending time with her family playing games, cooking, watching movies, and doing puzzles. Her friends and family will always remember her for her strength, her humor, and genuine friendship. One of the things that brought her the most joy before her passing was the hugs she would receive from others.
Shelly is survived by her husband, Leslie De Haven of 31 years, a son Shaun, and a daughter Autumn. She was a devoted wife and mother and cherished her time with family. She is also survived by one brother, Donny of Noble, Oklahoma. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Donald and Nora Bradley, a baby son, Bradley, two sisters Sharon, and Lisa, and one brother, Kelly. She is so excited to see them again on the other side!
Shelly will be remembered for her genuine kindness and warm and open heart. She touched the lives of many and will forever remain in our hearts and memories.
