Shelley June Ransier Waldron of Cody passed away peacefully at her home on September 16, 2025, just days before her 70th birthday. She was born on September 22, 1955, in Fort Scott, Kansas, to Floyd and Elisabeth (Smith) Ransier. Shelley received her high school diploma and later married Victor Waldron on March 27, 1976, in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her father, Floyd Ransier.
