Shelly Renee Young, born on February 15, 1971, in Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on September 27, 2025, in Georgetown, Kentucky. She was 54 years old. Shelly was a devoted servant of God who found deep purpose and fulfillment in ministering to others. Her life was a testament to faith and compassion, as she dedicated herself to sharing God's love with those around her. Whether through words of encouragement or acts of kindness, Shelly touched many lives with her unwavering spiritual commitment. Shelly was a long time employee of RPS working as an underwriter. She is lovingly remembered by her sister, Tamara Young of Georgetown, Kentucky; her Uncles, Daniel Bell of Stamping Ground, Kentucky, and Kenneth James of Cincinnati, Ohio. Shelly was preceded in death by her father, Davine Young; mother, Carrie James Young; and brother, Debraile Young. May Shelly's memory bring comfort to those who knew her and continue to inspire acts of love and faith.
