Ms. Derington was born July 11, 1957 in Fort Worth, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bobbie and Josephine Austin Derington; sisters, Cynthia Lang and Patricia Sowell; brother, Alan Derington; grandparents, Walter and Emma Austin, OC and Faye Derington and Myrtle Hamilton.
She is survived by one brother, Lloyd and wife Cindy Derington of Horatio, Arkansas; niece, Kayla Maturino of De Queen and children Efrain and Sophia and their father James Maturino; nephews, JayJay Ward of Horatio and his children Cash, Bella, Axel and their mother Krista Ward, Bobbie Ward of De Queen, Colton and wife Logan of Horatio and their children Carlin and Landrie
Graveside funeral services for Ms. Derington will be held at 3:00 P.M., Monday, December 18, 2023, at Sweet Home Cemetery in De Queen under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home.
