Sheri Lynne Scott-Harris, 58, passed from this life on Friday, August 8, 2025 at her home. She was born on July 11, 1967 in Loveland, CO., to Kenneth Richard Scott and Betty Gelene Scott. She was the youngest of five children and grew up with her siblings Susan Scott-Duncan, Kim Scott, Sharon Scott-Jones, and David Scott.

Sheri was a loving mother to her daughters, Ashlee Harris and Amber McIntosh, and a loving NeNe to her granddaughters, Layla Epley and Carrington Harris, who brought her endless joy. She was also a proud aunt to Jackie Ray Jones Jr., George William Jones, Morgan Scott, Madison Scott and Macey Scott.

Sheri's life was defined but her kind heart, her willingness to help others, and the way she loved her family fiercely. She found her greatest happiness in being a mother and grandmother and she poured her heart into those roles. Her daughters & granddaughters were the center of her world, and she will be remembered for her kind and loving spirit, her laughter, and her ability to make those around her feel loved and seen.

Sheri loved good music, especially Fleetwood Mac, Pink Floyd, Prince, and classic rock. She could never resist a concert, a chance to dance or a new adventure. Sheri had a passion for trying new foods with her granddaughters, shopping with her granddaughters, and making memories with her girls, whether on a road trip or in a quiet moment at home. She lived for experiences big and small that brought joy and connection to her girls.

Sheri is preceded in death by her parents Kenneth and Betty Scott and her siblings, Susan and Sharon. She is survived by brothers Kim and David Scott, her daughters Ashlee and wife Hannah Harris and Amber husband Tony McIntosh, her granddaughters Layla and Carrington and many nieces and nephews who will carry her memory in their hearts.

In honor of Sheri's life, the family asks that you hold your loved ones close, speak kindness, turn the music up and dance like nobodys watching, just as she did.
