Sherma Rebecca Ellis Hubner, 51, entered God's Heavenly presence on November 8th, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas.

Sherma was the devoted wife to Christopher for twenty years and mother to four children. Her love for Joanna, Abygail, Sophia, and Joshua Hubner was unwavering and unmatched.

Sherma was born on May 22nd, 1974, on the island of Grenada, Saint Paul's. The youngest of six loving siblings. She is survived by Victor, Antoinette, John, and Catherine Ellis, as well as, brother and sister, Roger and Rhonda Gentle.

She was preceded in death by her mother Shirley Ellis and older brother Leslie Eliis. Though she had a quiet demeanor, she had a fierce and determined nature in all that she set her hands to.

Sherma finished secondary school at Anglican High School with 6 o levels and 3 distinctions. A year later, she received a degree from T.A. Marryshow Community College in Business Management. Sherma's talents lie in video production. She was chief editor and producer at Lighthouse Television Grenada, for 13 years. Sherma was an amazing baker and cook in the kitchen, which included her famous Chicken Curry. Sherma was an avid gardener and spent many hours planting and gardening at her home.

Sherma's love and dedication to Jesus was evident throughout her life. She graciously instilled this value in her children and led by her Christ-like example.
