Publish in a newspaper
The family will receive relatives and friends from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Friday, September 30, 2022 at Rembs Funeral Home, where a memorial service will be at 6:00 pm. Rev. Lori Johnson Hintz will officiate. Burial will be in St. Kilian's Cemetery at a later date. A reception and luncheon will follow at Rembs Celebration Center.
Sherri was born on February 22, 1960 in Merrill, Wisconsin, the daughter of Dale and Janice (Layman Berdan) Bauman.
She was united in marriage to Gary R. Grassel on December 31, 2007.
She is survived by her husband, Gary and her children, Tryna Brzezinski and her children, Justice (and his son Cory) Destiny (Seth) Amundson (and their son Greyson), Storm and Jaden; Mike Grandell and Denise Grandell and a sister Pam Stankowski and her daughter Tanya (Mark) Wilde (and their children, Keith and Taylor) and a brother Daniel Bauman, and stepchildren, Lisa Berthold and her daughter Isabella; Leslie (Jim) Jagodzinski and their daughter, Stephanie Lynn (and her children, Caleb Jacob Dahms and Jamie Lynn); Katrina (Gregg) Stieber and their son Carter; Josh (Alicia) Grassel and their children, McKenya, Zade and Lux; Kimberly (Shawn) Kolano and their children, Faith and Hanna; and Todd Grassel.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Julie Berdan and a nephew James Stankowski.
