Sherri Lyn Michael

Sherri Lyn Michael, age 65, of Canton, passed away suddenly on Monday, January 22, 2024. She was born on March 11, 1958 in Wadsworth, OH. Sherri received her Juris Doctor from The University of Akron School of Law in 1984, followed by her completion of the Ohio Bar Exam. Among her many accomplishments, she represented a family owned business founded by her parents. She resided with her family in Canton for 32 years. Sherri will be remembered as a fiercely devoted wife and mother. Her sense of kindness and compassion towards others will forever remain unmatched. She was truly one of a kind and will always be the sunshine on our shoulders.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Chloeta Fay Martin and Theodore O. Martin Jr. along with sister, Annah Lea Martin.
Sherri is survived by her husband of 32 years, Doug; daughter, Savanna; step-sons, Aaron, Jason and Ryan; step-grandchildren, Aidan, Carter and Kamryn.
Private services will be held for the immediate family. A celebration of her life will be scheduled at a later date.
