Sherry Ann Brown

Sherry Ann Huggins Brown, age 56, of Ramseur passed away December 30, 2025 at Ramseur Health Care.

She was born March 15, 1969 in Randolph County, North Carolina the daughter of the late John Williams Huggins and Barbara Furr Huggins. She is preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Brown; sons, Joseph Brown and Matthew Brown; and brother Lonnie Huggins.

Sherry's gentle spirit and kind heart left an indelible mark on all who knew her. A devoted mother and wife, she found immense joy in caring for those she loved, offering her support with grace and kindness. Her nurturing nature was a source of comfort and happiness to everyone around her. Sherry had a lifelong love of books, finding solace and adventure within their pages. Her competitive spirit shone through in her love for games, whether she was strategizing over a game of poker or enjoying the lighthearted fun of Uno. Her friends at Ramseur Health will fondly remember the camaraderie shared over slices of pizza and the friendly competition of mobile games. Her presence brought warmth and laughter to every gathering, creating cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of those she touched. Sherry's legacy of love, kindness, and joy continues to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her.

Left to cherish her memory are her brothers, James Huggins and wife Kathy and Ricky Huggins; sister-in-law, Annette Parks and husband Larry; numerous cousins; beloved extended family and friends.

The family will hold a private celebration of life at a later date.
