Sherry Ann Cannamucio, 78, of Salisbury, Maryland, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2026. Born on May 2, 1947, in Seattle, Washington, she was the daughter of the late Harold Olsen and Joan Riggs Olsen.
Growing up as the daughter of a military officer, Sherry lived in numerous locations domestically and overseas. In civilian life, she lived in the states of Washington, California, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Hampshire, New York, and Michigan.
Sherry graduated from Carson High School located in Carson, CA in 1964 and furthered her education at L.A. Harbor College. She embarked on a successful career in finance as a mortgage broker and was employed at TEG Federal Credit Union. Sherry was known for her dedication to her profession and the trusted relationships she built throughout her career. She was a member of the Allen Memorial Baptist Church, cherishing the community she found there. Sherry's warmth, compassion, and laughter touched the lives of everyone she met.
Sherry is survived by her beloved husband of 58 years, Samuel Cannamucio; her cherished sons, Samuel Cannamucio of Sharon, NH and Jason Cannamucio of Deerfield, NH; four grandchildren, Breanna, Kyle, Gia, and Anthony; and her siblings, Christine Horsley of Rockway, TX and Peter Olsen of Long Beach, CA. They will forever carry her memory in their hearts.
In addition to her parents, Sherry was preceded in death by her sister, Diane Clark.
Sherry will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched.
